How long does a custom Apheenx piece take?
Most bespoke projects take 6–10 weeks from initial consultation to delivery, depending on design complexity and stone sourcing. We will share a clear timeline before you commit.
Do you work with clients outside of our city?
Yes. Many of our clients work with us fully remotely. We use detailed questionnaires, video consultations, and secure insured shipping to keep the process seamless.
What materials do you work with?
We primarily work with 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose), platinum, and certified natural diamonds and gemstones. Upon request, we can advise on lab-grown options.
Is there a minimum budget for bespoke projects?
Our bespoke packages typically begin around $2,800. If you are exploring a smaller project, we may suggest ready-to-wear pieces or a lighter-touch service such as styling.
Can you redesign or resize pieces I already own?
Yes. Through our Heirloom Redesign package, we assess your existing jewelry for safe resizing, resetting, or transformation into completely new silhouettes.
